Lightweight OS & Kernel

DeOS uses a Linux kernel for all streaming services. No Windows or OS license fees for game streaming.

Linux-Based OS

DeOS uses a Linux based OS with a high performance open source translation layer based on Vulkan for translating DX and other graphics libraries to open source console commands.

Independent Streaming

Our OS uses a dedicated streaming protocol, independent from the hypervisor that most VM-reliant streaming services use.

Pixel Streaming Protocol

Our patent pending streaming protocol minimizes data transfer detecting pixel changes. These changes are streamed immediately, even if the OS hasn't finished rendering.

Order of Magnitude Less Data

Our protocol streams great looking video at between 8 and 15 mbps with AV1 and h.265 codecs. The protocol also supports common codecs like H.264.

No plugins

Our protocol allows streaming of video to popular browsers like Chrome, Safari and Edge without needing additional plugins.

A container wraps up apps and games with everything they need to run, enabling it to run on different environments, including Windows and Linux.

Resource Efficiency & Density

Containers don't require a separate OS like VMS, so they use much less memory, allowing you to run more instances on a single server. VMs typically consume multile GB of memory.

Containers scale quickly and easily. They can be run as needed in real time, drastically reducing resource costs, and allowing us to offer competitive pricing.

Operational Simplicity

DeOS manages services on your behalf. Containers allow us to execute application processes in isolation from the underlying host OS. The OS doesn't need specific software to run applications, so it's simpler to update and apply patches.
